Based in Middleton in Teesdale, I offer fully professional aromatherapy massage, sports / remedial massage, Indian head massage, hot stone massage, pregnancy massage and Reiki.

Aromatherapy, massage and Reiki can all help to support your health and well being, and may assist with common issues such as chronic aches and pains, musculoskeletal discomfort, stress and poor sleep. How we feel is influenced by physical, mental and emotional factors, and at Teesdale Holistics, I aim to treat the whole person in body, mind and spirit.

Individual weekday and weekend appointments are available, alongside gift vouchers and corporate wellbeing packages. From summer 2024 I will also offer mindfulness programmes for individuals and groups.
