Both roles are based at our Middleton-in-Teesdale office, with some off-site working. The roles also require flexibility to support UTASS activities, including occasional evening and weekend working. We are currently recruiting for two exciting opportunities to join our friendly and dedicated team:
📍 Reception & Administration Support
Part-time – 21 hours per week | £13.55 per hour | Permanent
We’re looking for a friendly, organised and proactive individual to become the welcoming face of UTASS. You’ll provide reception, administrative and secretarial support, while helping people access the services and support they need.
If you enjoy working with people, are organised and approachable, and can communicate with empathy and professionalism, we’d love to hear from you.
📍 Training & Event Coordinator
Part-time – 14 hours per week | £13.55 per hour | Permanent
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and organised individual to coordinate and deliver our programme of training courses, information sessions and community events.
You’ll work with community members, training providers, partner organisations and colleagues to develop opportunities, organise events, promote our programmes and ensure they are delivered to a high standard.
If you’re a natural organiser, enjoy bringing people together and want to use your skills to make a positive difference in rural communities, this could be the role for you.
