Janet joined the team in October 2023. She lives on the outskirts of Hamsterley village with her Lakeland Terrier puppy having moved there from South-East Scotland where she lived with her husband and 3 children. She is a retired Social Work Manager working in Scotland for 30 years – mainly in the fields of mental health and criminal justice. Janet believes passionately about community involvement as a means in helping to reduce social isolation.
